The City of Balch Springs, Texas (the “City”), is seeking to enter into a professional services contract with a qualified and experienced contractor firm (the “Respondent”) to provide demolition of structures located (1) 13110 Timothy Lane (2) 13130 Timothy Lane (3) 11412 Longhill Lane. Bids will be accepted for demolition of all three structures together, not separately.
