PROJECT TITLE: DGS-2024 SWSS-1 – Statewide Surveying Services

BRIEF DESCRIPTION:
The Department of General Services is issuing an open invitation to land surveyors to qualify for Surveying Services in connection with real property acquisitions and dispositions. This project is a Small Business Reserve Program and is offering the opportunity for small businesses to become pre-qualified to bid on land surveying services for the Department. DGS undertakes a variety of real estate related projects throughout the Commonwealth. For each project where DGS determines that surveyor services are desirable, DGS will issue a request for quotes (RFQ) from qualified firms. This is the final request for applications.

APPLICATION DUE DATE FOR THIS REQUEST IS THURSDAY, JANUARY 16, 2025, AT 4:30 P.M.

PROJECT DOCUMENTS can be viewed in and downloaded from the project’s Trimble Unity Construct (previously eBuilder) solicitation file. All Applicants are required to create a user profile within Trimble Unity Construct to view/download Project Documents.
