Project Description: This SOW is to provide services for geotechnical soil testing, construction materials
testing and inspection services for TxDOT Houston District Laboratory. At times, travel to
other various locations within the district, including hot mix plants and area office
laboratories, will be required for testing methods listed on Attachment A- Types of
Required Testing.
