Frederick County, Maryland invites proposals from qualified vendors for providing PSTF Building and Annex Remodel. Please refer to IFB #26-108-CP when inquiring about this solicitation.
A Pre-Bid Conference/Site Visit will be held on January 13, 2026 at 9:00 AM EST at 5370 Public Safety Place, Frederick, Maryland, 21701, Classroom 117.
Due Date: February 5, 2026, by 2:00 PM EST Bids shall be submitted electronically through OpenGov . Bids will be opened via Conference Call – Dial 866-818-0460, Participant Login: 7070570#.
