Swimming Pool and Diving Board Services and Repairs

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that The School Board of Brevard County, Florida , henceforth referred to as the District or School Board is accepting sealed responses for Swimming Pool and Diving Board Services and Repairs ( 26-0345-B-HD ).

Project Overview

The purpose of this Invitation to Bid (ITB) is to solicit competitive sealed Bids to furnish Swimming Pool and Diving Board Service, Maintenance & Repairs to be used as noted by The School Board of Brevard County, Florida.

The deadline to submit questions related to this solicitation is 2:00 pm on Thursday, October 23, 2025 .

Sealed responses for furnishing the above will be accepted up to 2:00 pm on Thursday, November 6, 2025 .

NOTE: Respondents are required to submit responses electronically via the OpenGov e-Procurement Platform. Respondents shall not be permitted to hand-deliver, mail, telephone, fax or email offers.

Responses received after the submission deadline and/or transmitted outside of the designated OpenGov e-Procurement Platform shall be rejected.

The School Board owns four (4) outdoor swimming pools located at Merritt Island, Rockledge, Satellite and Titusville High Schools. These pools have to be permitted and operated in accordance with the Florida Health Department swimming pool rules and regulations. The School Board requires a service provider to maintain and service the pools on a weekly basis. The selected vendor(s) will also perform repair services and diving board maintenance/repairs on an as needed basis.
