This is a Sources Sought Notice and does not constitute a solicitation by the government. The information gathered from this request is for planning purposes only. If a solicitation is issued, it will be issued at a later date. The Government is not obligated, nor shall it pay, for any information received from potential sources as a result of this Sources Sought Notice. No official solicitation exists in connection to this notification. If in the future an official solicitation is released, there is no guarantee that sources responding to this sources sought will be included on the sources list.
This Sources Sought Notice is to determine the availability and capability of small businesses including certified 8(a), Small Disadvantaged, HUBZone firms, veteran and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses, and Women Owned Small Businesses to perform the requirements of the draft Performance Work Statement. The NAICS code associated with this requirement is 561621 and the small business size standard is $25,000,000.
BRIEF SUMMARY OF WORK
NAVSUP FLCY Site Marianas is seeking sources for a contractor to provide Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS) planned and unplanned maintenance and repair services for Naval Airborne Weapons Maintenance Unit One (NAWMU-1). See draft statement of work for additional information and requirements.
SUBMITTAL REQUIREMENTS
The Government acknowledges that responses to this sources sought are not binding offers. The information obtained will assist in our market research and future solicitation processes. Please send your Capabilities Statement by 1:00pm Japan Standard Time (JST) on Tuesday, 26NOV2024 via email to Jason Perez at jason.q.perez.civ@us.navy.mil and Rafael Battung at rafaeleladio.m.battung.civ@us.navy.mil with the following subject: “Source Sought – NAWMU-1 IDS Maintenance and Repair Services.”
The Capability Statement shall be concise and focused on the required services as described in the draft performance work statement. Include the contractor’s ability to manage, technical ability, and capacity to conduct the types and magnitude of tasking in the draft PWS.
