County of Los Angeles Aging and Disabilities Department (AD) is releasing a Request for Proposals (RFP) for Adult Protective Services (APS) Elder Abuse Hotline Program (EAH). EAH is designed to provide hotline services for the reporting and addressing of concerns related to elder abuse, neglect, and exploitation of older adults who are sixty (60) years of age or older and dependent adults between 18 - 59 years of age (Clients) within the Los Angeles County jurisdiction.
