ITB 2025-100 Hampton Locust Grove Rd and McDonough St Roundabout Project

Sealed unit price bids will be received by the City of Hampton, Georgia from prospective contractors for the City of Hampton, Georgia HAMPTON-LOCUST GROVE RD AND MCDONOUGH ST ROUNDABOUT - ITB #2025-100 project. The city intends to award the project to the lowest responsible bidder for the project including any bid alternates selected by the city. The work consists of furnishing and installing all materials, labor, tools, equipment, and related services required for a complete project. This project includes, but is not limited to, the necessary erosion and sediment control, demolition, grading, stormwater infrastructure, utility coordination, sidewalks, paving, stabilization, landscaping, and any other appurtenances within the project limits that are required by the Contract Drawing and these Contract Documents and Technical Specifications in accordance this project for the City of Hampton, Georgia HAMPTON-LOCUST GROVE RD AND MCDONOUGH ST ROUNDABOUT - ITB #2025-100 project.
