TOS - Task Order Solicitation
Description
The City of Los Angeles Department of City Planning (DCP) is requesting proposals for a qualified consultant (Consultant) to provide a targeted market study (Study) related to the planning effort (Westside Community Plans), consisting of four Community Plan Areas - West Los Angeles, Venice, Palms Mar-Vista - Del Rey, and Westchester - Playa Del Rey. The Study will assess specific draft zoning regulations and policies developed as part of the Westside Community Plans related to housing production, industrial and commercial development, small business protections, and to provide recommendations that may be considered as part of Plan Update process.
This Task Order Solicitation (TOS) is only for pre-qualified on-call contractors from the 2021 Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for Economic Analysis Services (RAMPLA ID #41483).
