RFP - Request For Proposal
Description
The Housing Authority of the City of Los Angeles (“HACLA”) issues Request for Proposal HA-2025-16-MX-FTR (“RFP”). This RFP will add to the Building El Sereno Sustainable Futures Projects the following three (3) sites: 1) 5471 Keats Street (construction of a new triplex); 2) 4215-4221.5 Maycrest Avenue (rehabilitation of eight-unit bungalow); and 3) 5462 Almont Street (rehabilitation of single-family home and construction of an Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) and Junior ADU).
The Scope of Work and instructions for preparing and submitting proposals are contained in the RFP.
