99 CES Satellite Communications BPA

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SINGLE SOURCE: The NAICS Code is 517410 – Satellite Telecommunications. The 99th Contracting Squadron, Nellis AFB, NV intends to award a single source, firm fixed price contract as authorized by FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) to NIC4, Inc. for 99 Civil Engineering Squadron for satellite telephone and internet connectivity.

The contract action is for 10GB data per month for satellite connection for six (6) telephones and internet connectivity for which the Government intends to award on a sole source basis. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all responses received electronically by 10:00AM Pacific Time, 15 December 2024 will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
