The Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) is seeking responses from qualified vendors through this Invitation to Negotiate (ITN) to procure an existing, fully implemented Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) application specifically designed to optimize the candidate onboarding process and workflow management. FDLE is not seeking a solution to be custom developed; the desired solution must have already been successfully implemented in similar environments.

The purpose of this ITN is to identify and procure an existing Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution specifically designed to digitalize FDLE's current manual, paper-driven onboarding processes that occur after a candidate has been selected for a FDLE position. The solution should offer web and mobile solutions and significantly enhance overall efficiency and candidate experience.
