Project Description: Online sealed bids will be received by the Bucks County Water & Sewer Authority via the Pennbid Program until 10:00 A.M., prevailing time on the 12th day of January, 2026, at which time and place they will be publicly opened and read for the following:

Each proposal must be accompanied by a certified check or a Bid Bond payable to Bucks County Water & Sewer Authority, in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid price.
Bids must be submitted unconditionally. No bidder may withdraw bid within sixty (60) days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids, except as may be permitted by State Law.
The Authority reserves the right to waive any informalities, or to reject any or all bids, in the best interest of the Authority.
