The District is seeking proposals from a Vendor to provide claims management services and expertise, for

shall serve on an as-needed basis with case assignment on a case-by-case basis for a three-year period. A
description of the required services is provided in the proposal document, Section II, Scope of Work. The
contract for this Request for Proposal (RFP) shall be for the three-year period beginning November 15,
2026 and may be extended, at the option of the District, for one (1) additional two (2) year period at the
same prices submitted in the Cost Proposal (Appendix A), subject to District Board approval. Funding of
this contract for all years is contingent upon the approval of the budget by the District’s Board of
Commissioners.
Affirmative Action Goals will not be included in this RFP due to the scope of work to be performed
under this contract.
The total value of the RFP is not to exceed $150,000.00, and the District intends to award the purchase
order for that amount. Payments will be based on the unit prices as submitted in the proposal. There is no
guarantee that the District will expend the full value of $150,000.00. The Human Resources Department
will place orders for services on an as needed basis during the term of the contract.

of the specifications or other contract documents, such inquiry should be submitted online at the District’s
website, www.mwrd.org. The path is as follows: Doing BusinessProcurement and Materials
ManagementContract Announcements. The District will provide an online response to such inquiries, as
