Description
The scope will include replacement of the existing vinyl siding, trim, and windows, as well as the roof, with materials that are compatible with the City of Richmond Hill historic design district requirements. Additionally, the project will involve various exterior modifications to allow for ADA accessibility at the west and south entries. These improvements focus on enhancing the exterior envelope and overall site accessibility
