Currently, there is no specialised foundation for the LCO2 tank to stand upon: is a specialised foundation required and if so, what specifications would such a foundation have to fulfill to safely support a long-term positioning of a LCO2 tank?
The purpose of this requirement is to provide a liquid CO2 storage tank with the following draft-requirements:
The tank should have a capacity of 6,000 - 7,000 liters and be a vacuum-insulated double wall tank consisting of two concentric vessels, a low-temperature resistant austenitic steel inner tank and an outer tank made of carbon steel with an anti-corrosion primer and a top coat of paint.
