SECTION 1 – MANDATORY TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
A Mandatory Technical Requirement is a minimum requirement that must be met by the Supplier. The City will eliminate from the evaluation process any Supplier not fulfilling all Mandatory Technical Requirements. If the submission fails any Mandatory Technical Requirement, the Proposal will be rejected. 1.1 The Supplier must meet the following mandatory requirements at the time of bid submission, or the proposal will be declared non-compliant: 1.2 Food Safety Certification Requirements 1.3 Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) Certification 1.4 Sample Lists 1.5 Social Enterprise Catering Requirements For details, please refer to Part 4 – Form B in SAP Ariba |
