Downstate Health Sciences University is seeking to publish online advertising via Google for their Master's in Public Health Program and Advanced Certificates. The vendor must provide the following services for this advertisement. Vendor must develop creative displays for this advertisement. Vendor is also expected to design a landing page for this advertisement explaining in detail the MPH Graduate program and associated Advanced Certificates. Vendor must also provide monthly reporting of traffic to the landing page including success rate. Vendor must support with data the success of the advertisement measured by the conversion of ‘inquiries to applicant’. Downstate historically has through its past advertising programs achieved between 5-7% ‘inquiry to applicant’ conversion rate.

SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University intends to procure or equal, pursuant to its discretionary authority under NYS Education Law §355(5)(b), which authorizes purchases without a formal competitive process in certain circumstances, including purchases from NYS small businesses, from business certified pursuant to Article 15-A of the NYS Executive Law and, if applicable, from businesses selling commodities or technology that are recycled or remanufactured.
