Pre-Solicitation Synopsis



The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Baltimore District is planning the re-procurement of an indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) single-award delivery-order contract for phosphoric acid for the Washington Aqueduct Division (WAD) in Washington, D.C. Attached is a draft statement of work (SOW). WAD provides potable water to approximately one million people in the District of Columbia and Northern Virginia. As part of the water treatment and supply system, WAD maintains and operates the Dalecarlia Water Treatment Plant (WTP) and McMillan WTP.



This is a synopsis of the requirement ONLY. An official Request for Proposal (RFP) is anticipated to be posted in the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) on or around 11 July 2025
