Notice is hereby given that the City of North Port, Florida, will receive sealed bids from legal entities authorized to do business in Florida at the City of North Port Finance Department, 4970 City Hall Boulevard, Suite 337, North Port, Florida 34286, for:

RFB NO. 2026-24

SCHOOL CROSSING GUARD SERVICES

The City of North Port is requesting sealed bids to enhance student safety through the use of a professional firm to provide trained, certified school crossing guards. The intent is to establish a contract for the provision of School Crossing Guard Services on an as needed basis.  The company awarded this contract will be responsible to providing crossing guards at locations specified by the City, shall be completely responsible for the supervision of such personnel in accordance with contract specifications, terms and conditions, and shall exercise exclusive control over persons employed to fulfill these contract requirements. At the discretion of the City, one or more future add-on location(s) may be included in the services requested. The City reserves the right to increase or decrease the scope of services requested to be performed.
