To identify qualified, experienced, and Florida-licensed vendors to provide full turnkey professional design and construction services for roofing and building envelope waterproofing projects collegewide. The projects may include new roof installations, roof replacements, roof repairs, preventive maintenance, and corrective maintenance, for both scheduled work and emergencies, at Broward College’s locations. Services will be provided on an as-needed, when-needed, continuing contract basis for various roofing projects of different scopes and values across Broward College campuses, centers, and facilities.
