The Williston Recreation & Parks Department (“The Dept”) seeks a qualified consultant or firm to develop a comprehensive Recreation & Parks Master Plan.

The plan will create a roadmap for ensuring just and fair quantity, proximity, and connections to quality parks, recreation facilities, and programs throughout the community now and into the future.

The Master Plan will guide future decisions on infrastructure improvements and capital investments in Williston's recreation and parks system. The plan will be a guiding document for the future development of the community’s parks, recreation facilities, and programs over the next 10 years.

All bids must by received by the Recreation & Parks Dept. by 4pm on Monday, April 21, 2025. Please view the attachment below for further information and instructions.
