THIS PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE IS TO INFORM YOU THAT THE NORTHPORT VA MEDICAL CENTER, LOCATED AT 79 MIDDLEVILE ROAD NORTPORT, NY 11768, WILL BE POSTING A SOLICITATION ON OR ABOUT NOVEMBER 06, 2024, FOR THE UPGRADE EMERGENCY GENERATORS PHASE 1 PROJECT.
The Northport VA Medical Center (VAMC) will be soliciting for the Upgrade Emergency Generators Phase 1 project which includes upgrading the existing emergency generator serving Building 200, and related automatic transfer switches are past their useful lives and require replacement.
This procurement is 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses. The NAICS code is 236220. The small business standard is $45 Million. The magnitude of construction is between $20,000,000 and $50,000,000. A 20% Bid Bond must be submitted with the proposal. Information regarding the scheduled site visit will be stated in the Solicitation.
