Synopsis
MoDOT seeks a qualified bidder to remove existing exterior brick veneer panels and existing sheathing with building wrap. The brick columns are to remain. Contractor to install new ½” zip board with zip tape, new 26-gauge exterior metal panels and new flashing and trim as required for a fully functional watertight system. MoDOT will receive bids electronically through MissouriBUYS, via mail, UPS, or FEDEX. It is required you contact the buyer of record via email at Ashten.Lorts@modot.mo.gov five (5) business days before bid closing if you intend to submit a hard copy bid. Site Visit attendance is required for bids to be accepted.
