The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Corrections, needs a Foxhound Chemical Analyzer that is designed to detect narcotics at the DOC – Security Processing Center located at 268 Bricker Road Bellefonte, PA 16823. The narcotic system will need to detect several classes of narcotics to include, but not limited to, opiates, cocaine, amphetamine-cased drugs, synthetic fentanyl, and more.
