North Carolina State University is seeking qualification statements from general contractors for improvements to HVAC Renovations – Jordan Hall, located on 2800 Faucette Drive, Raleigh, NC. The project scope includes upgrades to the existing mechanical equipment to include replacing a supply fan VFD, condensate drain pans and a steam heating coil at the main air-handling unit. The work will include associated controls and electrical power connections.
