Description: The work of this single bid project includes the replacement of existing floor system with new concrete slab and athletic flooring system, Replacement of Mechanical Distribution System, Replacement of Power and Lighting System, Installation of a two-stop elevator and Renovation of four ADA bathrooms. Plans will be available after December 12, 2024, through Avalon Document Services (716-995-7777 & www.avalonbuff-planroom.com ).
A project walk-through has been scheduled for December 18, 2024, at 11:00am, meeting at the Maxcy Hall Field House.

All bidders must present evidence of skill, experience and financial qualifications per Information to Bidders, Section 7 of the project specs. Subcontracting is permitted (Section 2.18 of SUCF Agreement). Principal subcontractors must be named within 48 hrs after bid opening per Information for Bidders Section 8. Bidders must submit within 48 hrs either certification of its NYS VendRep questionnaire (preferred) or a signed and notarized paper CCA2 form (Version 3/22 only), Attachments A, B, and C, Appendix A form, work descriptions, and preliminary project schedule. In accordance with State Finance Law §139-j, all non-technical inquiries regarding this procurement must be directed to Robbilee Luedtke at SUCF.ConstructionBids@suny.edu or for MWBE related issues, Scott Clay at SUCF.OpportunityAdmin@suny.edu .
