The purpose of this procurement is to contract a qualified and licensed contractor who has the expertise and experience to provide generator services. The Authority has both diesel and natural gas generators in its inventory. Work shall include but not be limited to major and minor preventative maintenance, elevator inspections standby and repairs as needed to approximately nine (9) generators with four (4) more generators to be installed during the term of this ensuing contract.
