Description: The purpose of this RFP is to obtain proposals for a consultant to deliver behavioral threat assessment training to encompass a range of community stakeholders including, but not limited to, County agencies, schools, religious and faith-based institutions and non-governmental institutions. The consultant is also required to provide services and support for community outreach to build awareness of the Ulster Threat Assessment Coalition (UTAC).
