CUSTODIAL PAPER SUPPLIES

GENERAL INFORMATION AND BID SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

Sealed bids for Custodial Paper Supplies are to be delivered to the Sheriff’s Department Hampden Jail and House of Corrections, 627 Randall Road, Ludlow, MA 01056, and will be received until Monday, April 27, 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Sheriff’s Department Hampden Purchasing Department, Room 252, 627 Randall Road, Ludlow, MA 01056, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud.

The contract will be awarded within 45 days unless the time for award is extended by mutual consent of the parties.

If any changes are made to this Request for Response (RFR), an addendum will be issued.  Addenda will be mailed or faxed to all Bidders on record as having been issued the RFR.

Questions concerning the RFR must be submitted in writing to: Mary Pastore, 627 Randall Road, Ludlow, MA 01056 before 4:00 PM on Wednesday, April 22, 2026.  Questions may be delivered, mailed, or faxed.  Written responses will be mailed or emailed to all Bidders on record as having been issued the RFR.
