One-Two Sentences
DeLoach Hall, a two-story building built in 1969 with approximately 40,000 SF. A renovation of the existing building is anticipated to improve mechanical, electrical, plumbing systems; increase accessibility; replace windows and exterior doors; replace roofing; and repair interior surface finishes.
