The University of Nebraska intends to procure a qualified Architect / Engineer (A/E) to provide program verification, design, preliminary cost estimating, permitting assistance, and construction administration services for the Biomechanics Research Building (U023) Phase 3 Addition project. The estimated construction cost under a Construction Manager at Risk (CMR) is $13,685,000. The total estimated construction budget including the GMP, Owner provided other construction services, and the Owner’s contingency is $17,100,000.
