Project Description: The Bibb County School District (BCSD) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide a
Solar PV System. This is a twenty to thirty year contract. (term will be negotiated). Respondents shall
have demonstrated experience in designing, engineering, building, operating, maintaining, and
decommissioning turn-key installation of a Solar PV system and have knowledge of local utility
regulations.
