Northwoods Drainage Improvements

Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the City of North Charleston Purchasing Department located at 2500 City Hall Lane, 3rd Floor, Rhett Conference Room, North Charleston, SC 29406, until Thursday, May 15th, 2025 2:00 pm local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read aloud.

The Project includes the following Work:Construction of stormwater collection and conveyance infrastructure along the Bentwood Drive Corridor beginning at the northwest end of Bentwood Drive to the intersection with Salamander Road; construction of stormwater conveyance infrastructure through Interstate 26 leading to a pond with on outfall control structure. The work to be performed generally consists of the jacking and boring of a section of reinforced concrete pipe, installation of reinforced concrete piping and associated drainage structures, and associated appurtenant work such as utility relocation, paving, and site restoration.

Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to the North Charleston Procurement Department, in writing, no later than May 08, 2025, by 4:00 pm local time. Contact information and submittal procedures for such questions are as follows:
