Notice of Intent to Sole Source to Portside, Inc. to provide the Flight Operations Software (FOS) to be hosted on the Departement of Energy (DOE)/National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) in support of, the Aviation Operations Division (ADO) at the Office of Secured Transportation (OST).
