Description

NASA has selected eight contracts to provide architect and engineering services for multiple NASA centers.



The Eastern Regional Architecture and Engineering (ERAE) contract has a three-year performance period beginning Friday, August 1, with a two-year option and potential 6-month extension, which would end January 31, 2031. Each contractor has been awarded an indefinite delivery/indefinite-quantity contract that will be accessed using firm-fixed-price task orders. Each of the eight contracts are valued at $12 million, and the total ordering ceiling for all awards combined shall not exceed $96 million.

The ERAE contract will provide architect and engineering services for several NASA centers, including




  • Glenn Research Center at Lewis Field in Cleveland

  • Neil Armstrong Test Facility in Sandusky

  • Goddard Space Flight Center in Greenbelt, Maryland

  • Wallops Flight Facility in Virginia

  • Langley Research Center in Hampton, Virginia

  • Possibility of other NASA centers and facilities nationwide
