Bid Synopsis: The Department of Health Services (DHS), Division of Medicaid Services (DMS) is seeking approval to solicit proposals from qualified firms interested in providing hospital rate setting services. To be considered qualified, a firm must have experience with Medicaid policy, Medicare cost reporting techniques, and Medicaid Management Information Systems (MMIS). The firm that is awarded the contract will be responsible for providing hospital rate setting, provider tax analysis, quality, technical analysis, modeling policy changes and documentation.
