The Norfolk District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is soliciting Lease proposals for approximately 951 usable square feet of retail space located at Richmond, VA and within the radius shown below:

Northern Boundary: West Huguenot Rd

Western Boundary: Courthouse Rd
