Scope of Services
The successful Bidder(s) shall be responsible for providing all Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) services at the prices specified herein during the term of the agreement to be used on an as-needed basis by the District. The performance of the successful Bidder(s) shall be in accordance with the terms of the specifications set forth herein. Failure to comply with these requirements may be cause for Bid rejection or award cancellation.
