Recreational Therapist at Sagamore Children's Psychiatric Center

The NYS Office of Mental Health seeks to enter into a One (1) year contract to procure Recreational Therapist at Sagamore Children’s Psychiatric Center located at 197 Half Hollow Road Dix Hills, NY 11746. Details are specified in the Request for Quote (RFQ).

An Optional Site Visit is scheduled for Thursday, April 3, 2025 @ 10:00 A.M. Sharp.

Questions regarding the bids are due in writing to the contact listed in the Request for Quote (RFQ) Listed as: Issuing Office of the RFQ by Thursday, April 10, 2025, by 3:00 P.M.

Questions will be answered by OMH on Thursday, April 17, 2025.

Quote Submission Due Date is Thursday, April 24, 2025, by 3:00 P.M.

The Anticipated Contract term is June 1, 2025 – May 31, 2026.
