Description: It is the intent of Essex County to contract with a trained and certified contractor to perform a Guy Wire Replacement Project on 760’ GT Terry Mountain, NY. The successful bidder shall provide any and all labor, materials and equipment to perform the work in compliance with any federal, state and local laws and regulations that apply.
