Description: The main features of the work shall include but not be limited to the following: Remove existing EPDM membrane, flashings, edge/coping, and insulation down to structural deck. Replace HVAC curbs, roof drain, vent pipes and other penetrations as specified. Install new vapor barrier, wood blocking, and tapered insulation and EPDM roof membrane including walkway pads. Install new flashings, expansion joints and metal edge/copings. It is anticipated that masonry wall termination flashings will need to be raised.
