Hot Water Boiler Rental - SUNY Purchase College

Purchase College intends to make an award under our discretionary authority, pursuant to NYS Education Law §355(5)(a), for the above noted commodity/product or service. A sealed bid will not be held.

Purchase College intends to enter into a rental agreement with a qualified vendor who is able to provide the necessary labor, material, equipment, accessories, and services to provide and install a fully operational 40-50HP hot water heating boiler on site.

Vendors should provide the quote on a per month basis, with an anticipated duration of 6 months. Show fixed costs (delivery, setup, etc.) as separate from the monthly costs.

A non-mandatory site visit for prospective Bidders will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, April 23, 2025, at the Facilities Management Building conference room, Purchase College, 735 Anderson Hill Road, Purchase New York 10577-1402. This will be the only guided walk-through of the subject project facilities. Registration is not required to attend.
