Cafeteria and Vocational Building Project

Project Description: The Avon Grove Charter School will receive sealed electronic Bids for the Cafeteria and Vocational Building Project located in London Grove Township, Chester County, Pennsylvania via PennBid, no later than 2:00 PM prevailing time on Wednesday, January 21, 2026. All received proposals will be publicly opened and read at Avon Grove Charter School, 110 East State Road, West Grove, PA 19390 at 3:00 PM. Notice is hereby given that the Project is subject to the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act, as amended, 43 P.S. 165-1 et seq., and reference is made to the prevailing minimum wage rates applicable to each Project as promulgated by the Secretary of Labor and Industry.
A MANDATORY pre-bid conference for ALL contracts will be held in person at the Avon Grove Charter School, 110 East State Road, West Grove, PA 19390, at 3:30 PM prevailing time on Tuesday, December 16, 2025. Attendance of all Prime Contract Bidders is mandatory.
Construction will be bid for the following Prime Contracts:
Contract No. 1: General Construction Contract No. 3: Electrical Construction
Contract No. 2: HVAC Construction Contract No. 4: Plumbing Construction
The Project Architect is Heckendorn Shiles Architects (HSA, 347 E Conestoga Rd, Wayne, PA 19087). The Project Construction Manager is CHA, 1 East Broad Street, Suite 310, Bethlehem, PA 18018, Phone: 610-865-3000.
