Vendors responding to this advertisement shall be required to complete and submit applicable documents related to Vendor Responsibility, NYS Finance Law Section 139 j&k, and New York State's Tax Law Section 5-a.

Vendors responding to this advertisement must submit valid and current NYS Workers' Compensation and Disability Forms.

Requirements:

-Program must provide progressive levels of training, which are required to complete before completing the higher levels

-Program must provide participants with a basic understanding of the operations of the healthcare physical environment

-Program must provide participants with in-depth knowledge of the technological operations of the hospital

-Program must provide participants with an in-depth knowledge of challenges associated with managing the hospital physical environment
