The NYS Office of Mental Health seeks to enter into a Five (5) year contract to procure Protestant Spiritual Services at Bronx Psychiatric Center located at Bronx Psychiatric Center, Adult Bldg., 1500 Waters Place, Bronx, New York 10461. Details are specified in the Invitation For Bid (IFB) and Boilerplate attached.

An Optional Site Visit is scheduled for Tuesday April 29, 2025 @ 10:00 A.M. Sharp.

Questions regarding the bids are due in writing to the contact listed in the Invitation For Bid (IFB), Listed as: Issuing Office of the RFQ by Tuesday, May 6, 2025, by 3:00 P.M.

Questions will be answered by OMH on Tuesday, May 13, 2025.

Proposal Submission/No Bid Due Date is Tuesday, May 20, 2025, by 3:00 P.M.

The Anticipated Contract term is October 1, 2025 – September 30, 2030.
