Intent to Sole Source -BUFFNET TACLANE

The 5th Contracting Squadron at Minot Air Force Base, ND, intends to award a single source purchase order for TACLANE and related equipment and software to restore functionality of 4 KG-175F TACLANES, including licensing and module upgrades. This procurement will fulfill the requirement to maintain a Mission Planning Network.

This purchase will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and Other than Full and Open Competition as authorized by FAR 6.302-1(a)(2) & 13.106-1(b). The anticipated award date is after 09 August 2025. Please note that this is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all interested parties who believe they can meet the requirements are invited to submit in writing complete information describing their ability to provide the requirement. The deadline for the submittals is 09 August 2025 at 2 PM Central Standard Time.

A determination by the government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will be considered solely for determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
