.The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Guam Medical & Guam Veteran Centers require Document Destruction services, to shred and dispose of all sensitive paper materials. The contractor is responsible for providing all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, vehicles and other items and services necessary to perform shredding services at the Guam Veteran Center to include the Guam Community Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOC). Confidential materials shall be handled according to applicable local, state and federal regulations. The contractor shall be a full-service shredding contractor who can demonstrate expertise and qualifications in confidential document destruction management.
