ICBM Minuteman III Weapon System -- VAFB Filter

The purpose of this notice is to identify contracting and subcontracting opportunities by informing vendors of an upcoming acquisition. The Supply Chain Management Contracting Division, Hill Air Force Base, UT intends to award a purchase order for Minuteman III weapon system spare parts with an estimated award date of February 2025.

CLIN 0001 -- First Article Test Item. NSN: 2940015922164AH; Part Number: 27-10602-1; Qty: 1 Unit to be delivered IAW design drawings to Hill AFB, UT. First Article to be held and delivered with the Production Articles.

CLIN 0002 -- First Article Data Test Report. Qty: 1 LT

CLIN 0003 -- FILTER,GFPC(VAFB). Function: VAFB Filter is used in the VAFB Corrosion Control Gas Phase Filter Cabinet. NSN: 2940015922164AH; Part Number: 27-10602-1; Qty: 199 EA to be delivered to Hill AFB, UT by 01 May 2025. The Filter design is a unique design and is not offered as a COTS item.

The Government has engineering data and data rights to provide JCP registrants in the event of expressed interest in qualifying as a source of supply. Interested vendors will determine if the data is sufficient for them to qualify as a source of supply. The government retains unlimited rights to the data package. The performance requirements are captured in design 27-10602-1. All associated EO's and specifications referenced in each design are also applicable.
