This DRAFT INVITATION FOR BID (IFB) is for informational purposes only. This is not a "RFP/RFB". It does not constitute a solicitation and shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government. Responses in any form are not offers and the Government is under no obligation to award a contract from this announcement.





Description of Supplies/ Services:

In accordance with the statement of work (SOW) attachment 0001. This Request for Proposal is to procure PDISE systems and accessories (or parts). PDISE is a family of Power Distribution equipment that transmits electrical power between military generator sets using ruggedized power distribution systems. These products are being pruchased and used globaly at bases and stations worldwide.

Program Objectives/ Need:

This Solicitation/ Request For Proposal will result in a five-year, Firm Fixed-Price (FFP), Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity

(IDIQ), Small Business Set-Aside contract. The requirement consist of the procurement Power Distribution Illumination Systems, Electric (PDISE). PDISE purchases includes the purchase of the M40 A/P Distribution System, the M100 A/P and the M200 A/P Electrical Feeder System, and the M46 Electrical Utility Assembly. PDISE systems will be procured to meet the U.S. Army acquisition Objectives (AAO) and other DoD customer requirements. The scope of this effort will maintain standardization with current fielding equipment and production using the existing Government Technical Data Package (TDPs).
